Small Group Personal Training is completely unlike traditional group exercise classes. In group exercise or Boot Camp classes, all the students perform the same exercises for the same length of time or number of reps. However, in Small Group Personal Training, each client is evaluated and a customized program is created. Therefore, clients in a small group can be different ages or at different fitness levels and each client will have a workout that is individualized.
